From 8 ft. sq to 250 ft. sq., we have a spot to create your unique retail experience!
Core Retail
$250
We have four retail spaces (250 ft. sq.) for your unique home accent items. Price is $250.00 per month + 10% commission on sales. Four hour per week work requirement.
No other fees.
Specialty Retail
$100
Rent one of our specialty retail displays, or help us design & build your own unique display (100 ft. sq.). Price is $100.00 per month + 10% commission on sales. Two hour per week work requirement. No other fees.
Locked Cases
$50
Rent one of our lighted glass cases (2' X 4' X 6') for your collectibles. Price is $50.00 per month + 10% commission on sales. Work in lieu of partial rent available.
Consignments
We continue to accept high quality consignments.
Furniture, Home Décor, and Home Furnishings
Good quality furniture (especially good quality solid wood pieces), and home décor, Our Consignment fee is 30% for items over $100.00.
Paintings, Prints, and Works of Art
Reasonably priced paintings, prints, and works of art. Our Consignment fee is 30% for items over $100.00.
Antiques, Vintage, and Collectibles
Authentic antiques, vintage, and collectible items in good to excellent condition. Our Consignment fee is 30% for items over $100.00.
